Personal data

The site sets no tracking cookie and asks for no account to browse it. Traffic is measured by Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and in aggregate, along with clicks to fundraisers (the shop concerned, nothing about you). One cookie remembers the language you choose; a second, session cookie exists only if you sign in to the merchant space.

Address search queries the IGN Géoplateforme (the French national mapping service). Your location, if you allow it, stays in your browser: it is used to sort the shops and is sent nowhere.

A report sent through the form reaches us by email. Your address, if you give it, is used only to reply to you.

Merchant space: a merchant signs in through a link sent to their email address, with no password; a strictly necessary session cookie keeps them signed in for 14 days. We keep in private storage (Vercel Blob, in Paris) their email, the SIRET and what the national register says about it, their name and role, the proof (storefront photo or link) and what they want to publish. Only the volunteer reviewers can see it; the SIRET, name, email and proof photo are never published. The proof photo is deleted as soon as a decision is made, a rejected request after 30 days; the rest is kept as long as the shop page is online. The information published

The pages draw on public information: press articles, posts by shop owners, fundraiser pages. Amounts are read by hand and dated; the fundraiser's platform is the authoritative source. A shop owner can ask for their page to be corrected or removed at any time, from the “Report a shop” page.
