Shopkeeper area
Was your shop looted? Manage its page on Rideau: your fundraiser, your story, your photos. It's free and takes a few minutes, right there with a phone.
How it works
- 1Sign in with your email, no password.
- 2Pick your shop on the map, or add it.
- 3Prove it's yours: your SIRET, and a code to show in the window.
- 4Add your fundraiser and your story. A volunteer checks, then it goes live.
The money never goes through Rideau
Donations go straight from donors to your fundraiser, on the platform you chose (GoFundMe, Leetchi...). Rideau collects nothing, takes no commission and never has access to your funds: we only publish the link.
Open a fundraiser in ten minutes
Rideau does not create fundraisers and never touches the money: you open it yourself, on an approved platform that checks your identity and pays the donations out to you directly.
- Pick a platform below. If you're unsure, GoFundMe accepts a business as the beneficiary.
- Keep at hand an ID, the shop's bank details (or yours) and a photo of the shop window.
- Title: the shop's name and the city. Text: what happened, the amount you're aiming for, what it will be used for.
- Share the link with your customers, then paste it here: it will appear on your Rideau page.
- Open GoFundMe Accepts a business as the beneficiary. Fees: 2.9% plus 0.25 euro per donation.
- Open Leetchi Very well known in France, simple when a relative or a customer collects for the shop.
- Open Ulule To sell vouchers in advance: a sale, not a donation. The project is reviewed before it goes live.
- Open HelloAsso Only if a nonprofit collects, for example the neighbourhood's shopkeepers' association. No fees.
- Open Lydia / Sumeria For a first circle of friends and loyal customers, from the app.
Fees and terms are set by each platform and can change: check on its site. A donation to a business does not qualify for a tax reduction.
Your data
- What we keep: your email, the SIRET and what the national register says about it, your name and role, the proof (photo or link) and what you want to publish.
- Who sees it: only the volunteer reviewers. The SIRET, your name, your email and the proof photo are never published.
- For how long: the proof photo is deleted as soon as a decision is made. A declined request is deleted after 30 days. The rest is kept as long as your page is online, so you can manage it.
- One strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for 14 days. No advertising or analytics cookies.
